Jaceon is unpredictable. It’s ok to teach him to love his baby brother with gentleness, however I would do that with the baby in my arms at a safe distance. Jaceon almost hurt him in the hospital when baby was a few hours old. Don’t be too trusting of Jaceon’s responses to his delicate newborn brother . Stay vigilant with Jaceon’s proximity to baby. He doesn’t have impulse control no matter how much you try to show him how to love and treat your newborn. Potentially dangerous dynamic here. I’d hate to see or hear of something hurtful occur.

😢When my daughter was a toddler (3 yrs. old) my son (age 5) who has ADHD was aggressive toward her. Like we'd be sitting downstairs and I would be by her, my son would walk pass like he was curious, and we would say "gentle, "gentle". He pushed her rather hard and I got on him about it. I knew in the back of my mind that I was going to have to keep a close eye on him. So he never got away with what being aggressive toward his sister, not did I turn a blind eye. Until this day, he knows if he even tries to put a hand on her, I'm on it. I'm a momma bear and I don't play about my children. If it's one of them picking with the other, I'm getting on them as well. Her son has down syndrome, he's not retarded, and he knew exactly what he was doing when he kicked that baby. It's their job as parents to protect all of their children, including their baby. That baby cannot protect himself yet, so they need to be keeping a watchful on their 2 year old when he's near that baby. I remember he attacked one of the younger girls as well and dad got on him as he should have. Maybe some therapy or classes to teach him more about being gentle, but don't let the baby continue to be an innocent bystander.😔

Jayceon is a baby himself and don’t know no better. He’s at that learning stage that may have to tell him no multiple time on other things as he grows up . This is expected with a special need child and even a child that is not a special need. He’s a toddler people. Who ever did that should have made sure they were doing the right thing and not assumed. I agree to an extent, however because he has Down Syndrome and she is trying to show and teach him to be easy, learn to love and grow with the baby, having these sorts of videos up especially with them being so known on social media, things like that can help other families not knowing how to approach new babies, pets or people in the house. People are going to watch these videos faster than someone such as an actual person who might specialize in teaching children that have special needs the same things. This is just my opinion, I have an 17 yr old Autistic son who didn't get officially diagnosed until he was 11, and I sometimes watch other channels that deal with the same scenarios just to ease my mind if I'm doing this or that correctly, or at least trying

I’m not siding with whom ever called the cops but this is the 2nd video where baby boy is being forcefully towards newborn. Of course you guys aren’t abusing your children but to many people it could look bad and can be a trigger for some. Be careful if you see that jayceon is being ruff with baby please allow appropriate space for them. He’s 2 and has no clue that his actions can cause a lot of harm. With camera in hand instead staying between the toddler and baby because the toddler may not know how be around a newborn. It's like knowing something could happen, but the content is worth the risk. For me there is no need for a toddler to handle a newborn, they are not a toy, food, sip cup, so why do they need to hold them? Wait until the newborn is older. If this is her wake up call to keep them apart, it may save something bad from happening later.

Jayceon has been allowed to do what he's wanted and to express himself basically unchecked for 2 years. Now the parents are yelling at him.
