It just missed the boat. I mean had the show started two/three years later we would be getting automatic renewals. I mean the CW renews all their shows these days. BATB just missed the new CW era.

What a shame the studios decided to cancel the show after four seasons. This show had all of the right ingredients - good script, good actors, good production. What happened to Vincent Keller? was he able to practice medicine anymore? I would've liked to have seen their life in Paris, and see some of Paris. So, JT&T continued their romance. Well there's more story there.

I've always thought the same thing: if Catherine will end up pregnant and or will she be turned into a beast like Vincent because yes, actually Vincent is immortal; beasts don't age anymore, so they can't stay together forever, unless Vincent maybe almost gets killed and they restart his heart, like how Catherine revived Gabe in season 2 and he was made human again.
