Diana did love Vincent ... but she loved the way he loved Catherine. She fell in love with Vincent and Catherine's love story. I don't see him loving her back in that way -- Ron Perlman said at a convention that Diana was a platonic friend and he was grateful to her ... and that was how he played it. Not a romantic love because his heart would always be with Catherine.

Catherine is and will always be the ONE TRUE LOVE of Vincent's life. Their psychic/empathic bond was the manifestation of their love, proof of their status as soulmates. Part of him died with her. He would have joined her in the afterlife had it not been for Jacob.

I first watched this when I was in college and I fell in love with it but I was not able to finish it😭... I just found out just now (naalala q kc cla) That they didn't last long sooo sad... Vincent loved and helped Catherine heal. Now Diana loved and healed Vincent in the same way. Sometimes it's hard to let go of first loves, but we are always sent a new love to complete us

But Vincent was about to hurt Catherine Chandler. But when Vincent was knocked out. Catherine Chandler did her best to bring Vincent back with a kiss. But the link between Catherine Chandler and Vincent disappeared. When Catherine Chandler found out that she is pregnant. Catherine Chandler was held captive for six months after Catherine gave birth to the child. The child was taken away from Catherine Chandler Vincent thought Catherine Chandler was inside the helicopter but she wasn't. Catherine finally spoke to Vincent one more time before Catherine Chandler passed away in Vincent's arms. Catherine Chandler told Vincent about the child before Catherine Chandler died. The link was actually being born in Catherine Chandler's child. In the end the Police officer Diana Bennett held Catherine Chandler's child as if Diana Bennett & the spirit of Catherine Chandler held little Jacob in her arms.

I will go and say, that this is probably my favorite episode. And although, I don't think Vincent would ever love anyone besides Catherine. At least not for a very long time. I did like Diana. It's obvious that she loves Vincent. I was touched by the care she gave him, when he needed it the most. This song, although not my type of thing, is right. She did in fact love Vincent before she ever met him.

You can tell Diana was bewitched by Vincent having just met him & helped nurse him back to health. But when Catherine died the magic left the show but had the show continued over time Vincent would've fallen in love with Diana. He would love Diana differently than he did with Catherine as the saying goes "You don't love two people the same way."

She could've returned to the show after she was done shooting they could've waited for her by just airing reruns. Unless that was going to cost the studio money by holding off until Linda finished T2. But still it would've been something different if the audience gave Diana a chance perhaps Vincent would've developed a new physic power & a new bond.

Too bad they didn't continue with Diana, she was such an interesting character and Jo Anderson was fantastic in playing her. Season 3 was always my favorite. Elliott Burch and Joe Maxwell got some great scenes and their characters were really fleshed out. I loved that the writers came up with a romance for father and there was lots of potential for Vincent and Diana.

There were a lot of Fans who didn't want her to replace Catherine as Vincent's Love Interest, but now that I've seen her with him after so many years. I would have liked to see what they could do with her & Vincent today. Maybe do an Episode where she comes back to the Tunnels after being gone for a long time to see how Vincent and the others are getting along and to see how Vincent's Son has grown.

I had a hard time watching this episode...think it's because you get so used to watching him save everyone else you forget he is part human and he can get just as hurt as anyone else but Diana took really good care of him. I loved the part where he was watching her sleep in the chair, kinda touched my heart made me cry. And just how exactly did he know she was getting attacked. Hmmm......

Remember, there are sentries on duty at all times in the tunnels that people can’t see. The pipes types out whomever is there quickly. Vincent is a lion man and moves like one. He can feel some things but for no one like Catherine. I don’t think he could love Diana … he would like her and be kind to her; however, remember, he was desperate to tell Catherine “death does not diminish love”

Ángeles Gómez R Maria comiencen por el capítulo 1 llega hasta el capítulo 12 o 15 después escribes temporada 2 termina en el capítulo 14 creo de ahí Temporada 3 y de ahí al capítulo 14. Y lamentablemente termina la seri eso de capítulo 45 es desorden de gente k baja los capítulos lo correcto es como se los menciono , pregunten si tienen dudas yo vi todos las temporadas y es fascinante la serie ❤️🇳🇴🇳🇴👏😚

I don't like the idea of a romance between Vincent and Diana. They just make no sense and have no chemistry, IMHO. Now Diana and Joe, on the other hand, would have made a fantastic couple.

Darum gab es keine neue Liebesbeziehung. Ron Perlman hat gesagt die Chemie zur Jo Anderson habe er nie gespürt. Er habe immer ein gutes Gefühl gehabt zu seinen Hauptdarstellerin. Zur Selma Blair und Linda Hamilton habe die Chemie gepasst darum sei er mit diesen Frauen auch sehr eng befreundet. Jo Anderson sei sei das niemals möglich gewesen Wenn man sein Album sieht sind Fotos von Selma Blair die in Hellboy seine Freundin spielt. Und Linda Hamilton dabei. Von Jo Anderson ist nicht aber auch gar nichts dabei. Er hat auch eine sehr enge Freundschaft mit Ron Koslow.Ron Perlman wurde1990 am 29März zum zweiten mal Vater. Er wollte für seine Kinder dasein .Aber wenn Linda Hamilton zurück in die Serie gekommen wäre hätte er weitergemacht ab der 16Folge in der dritte Staffel ging das Gerücht herum das Linda Hamilton zurück gekommen wäre. Ron Perlman hat gesagt das er mit Linda Hamilton weiter gedreht hätte.Jo Anderson wäre kein Verlust gewesen sie hat einfach nicht in die Serie gepasst hat Ron Perlman gesagt. Man hatte die 13Folge noch zeigen sollen sie hiess dann das Beast und sein Sohn. Ich glaube das hätte funktioniert.

Das Script war geschrieben und die Darsteller waren überzeugt daß es funktioniert hätte.Dann wäre die Welt unterirdisch gezeigt worden. Sie wollten weiterdrehen ohne Schönheit Jo Anderson hat bei der andere Serie mehr verdient und hatte die größere Rolle.Und die Filme waren ihr auch wichtiger. Ich habe letzthin auf einem ausländischen Sender von Beauty and Beast ein anderes Finale gesehen wo Vincent seinen Sohn auf den armen hat Es waren 55 folgen und nicht 56 Diana Benett hatte Jacob Anfang der 55Folge auf dem Arm die Folge lief ca drei Minuten und dann sah man sie nicht mehr Und am Schluss sah man Vincent mit seinem Sohn alleine Die Serie wurde nochmals überarbeitet.Andere Länder andere Sitten. Was mich bei Diana Benett gestört hatte das sie den Rosenbusch geklaut hat bei Cathy Ich habe gemeint man dürfe nicht von einem Tatort mitnehmen der Rosenbusch hätte Vincent gehört Gottseidank hat sich Vincent nicht in sie verliebt sein Vater hatte da sicher etwas dazu gesagt.Sein Sohn war im wichtiger und wenn sie weiter gedreht hatten wäre Jo Anderson nicht mehr dabei gewesen Sie wollten eigentlich in der dritte Staffel noch ca 20 folgen drehen ohne Jo Anderson. Sie wollte aussteigen und in der Serie nicht mehr weitermachen sie die Produzenten hatten sie schon herausgenommen sie ist nach England versetzt worden als Profilerin. Lisa und Briget waren dann mehr in den Mittelpunkt gekommen. Jo Anderson hat einmal in einem Interview gesagt das sie einen Fehler gemacht habe bei Beauty and Beast zu unterschreiben .
