I'd maybe support a former mlm brand if they changed their model because they realised how exploitative they were being and decided they didn't want to be that brand but they seem to be doing it because they aren't getting as much out of it as they once were. And in the process they have suddenly abandoned a lot of representatives who have put a lot of effort into getting to a point where they have some degree of income that is now being pulled from them. It still screams of a brand that continues to be exploitative and who has no care for whoever gets caught in the crossfire so long as they get their coin! Can I trust them to be open and honest with me as a consumer and not be trying to exploit me? NO! Xx

I like that SEINT is leaving the MLM realm, but I most likely won’t ever buy from. I don’t think any brand can just flip a switch and undo their history, just as Morphe’s history will follow the brand, so too should Seint’s, they didn’t start as an MLM under the false impression that it was a legitimate and non-predatory business model, and I am sure they aren’t changing their business model because they realized it was wrong and wanted to do the right thing, they didn’t admit any wrongdoing; can you imagine if the KarJenners just decided one day to say “hey, jk, we’ve done so much harm to women everywhere, we have lied to no end, sorry” that would just undo everything? I think any brand/ person seeking redemption has to do right at the level of their wrongs.

I guess for me with the Saint brand, I just feel like if you were ever willing to be an MLM, you're not the kind of people I want to support. Fenty actually gets credit for doing better shade ranges than they actually have. Their ranges are deceptive. For example, the foundations come in 40+ shades, with a great variation from light to dark, plenty of deep shades to choose from. BUT all the deep shades are warm to very warm - no neutrals or cools. And these lipliners seem to be roses and browns mostly. I do think the Brown/Black will sell well because a lot of people look for dark brown that isn't red or purple. There is one that says is a light beige, called Pnut Buttah that you may like?

I'm glad that you love NYX powder so much, alas it didn't suit me. I also have a holy grail powder - Rimmel stay matte. I despise its packaging, but can't stop buying a new one when I ran out. Tell me, what pressed powder has 14 grams of product? I don't know. Wise people on the internet told me that the packaging is cr** because it's a refill for compacts when that was a thing. I use powder puff and with barely there pressure. It gives me almost all day wear and my cheeks (which get red easily and often) are without redness all day.🎉 I just have to not overdo it, because it can get cakey with a thick layer.

Angie, those $70 Louboutin lip oils come in a disappointingly ‘plasticky’ component… and they’re not even known for making great makeup. Have a play with the products when you’re somewhere that stocks them and it will cure you of wanting any of them, ever.

In my mind, Saint is a brand with like $35 cream singles? I didn't know they were previously a MLM, I just knew there was no way I wanted to try to make my own palette with 4-6 singles that were $35-45 dollars! (I remember looking at the website once, it could have been another one word brand) I think someone was selling it along with a technique on their YT about using color theory and only painting a little rice sized concealer on small blemishes until you like your face, not a full face of base product.

I'm still not interested in Seint. If they went through a management change and stopped being an MLM then maybe. But with the same people in charge I still don't trust them not o be predatory some way somehow, and do not want to forgive/forget their many years of being a predatory MLM.

I bought the Botanical palette and really like it. I don't really use strong colors and these are so nice. The shimmers scared me, but they are very sheer and look beautiful. Especially the "orange" on blue/green eyes. Nice!

I still would not try Seint makeup, because even though they are no longer going to be an MLM, they screwed over so many of their sales people who had built a team and had a decent income because of it. I wanted to try Seint in the past but I didn’t because of the MLM nature of it. I would try it if it was in a store. I think they should put their product in Ipsy bags or some subscription to test consumer interest.

I heard that the Mario blush doesn’t last long that’s why I haven’t purchased. As much as the bright colors looks tempting on buying but it doesn’t last all day then it’s not worth it. I believe the reason they're leaving the MLM model isn't because they want to do better by their people or be more ethical, but because people are more aware. They're more aware of what an MLM is and how exploitative they are I bet their recruitment is down, and as people knowingly boycott anything MLM their sales must also be down. Either they change or close, but they're also cheating all of those that are in the middle of the pyramid in the process

I also passed on the newest Adept and Glamlite releases too. I have many of the recent spring and summer items from indie brands, but the Star Trek palette and Chucky collection were not speaking to me… You are so right. If we already know we aren’t going to love it, it’s just not worth it when there are an extraordinary amount of releases back-to-back. I can justify trying something new, or being on the fence and ordering on a sale; but I’m not on board with buying it just for the sake of saying I have it lol 🙌🏼

My problem with all these clothes and all the cute clothes I wish I could wear is I can never go without a bra like ever. Unless it has the built in bra but then they don't have my size I need a 16 mostly 18 because my boobs are so big not showing off i hate them but thats why i have to get a bigger size. And everywhere it's really hard to find that. If anybody knows a place for me if you know my struggle let me know please ty. And the really cute styles I want from them don't have the built in bra thing 😢😢
