I have those too they come out when i wear sunscreen. When i stop wearing sunscreen they go away. It’s likely that some thing you’re putting on Your skin is irritating you. It could also be something u r eating or something that’s touching your forehead that’s causing that reaction like your pillowcase. It sounds more like something that needs to be cut out because I don’t think this product will solve it.

You should try the glow deep instead. Some people break out with tea tree and its in the glow serum. Im very sensitive and break out with tea tree so I went for the glow deep and it's perfect
