​@@ominous_11 I have the Tocobo sunstick, and although on a light skin tone would not look oily/shiny with the 1st application, on a deeper skin tone the shine would be more evident, talk about the cast as well. If I wouldn't have bought the Tocobo one, I would've picked BOJ, the Tocobo sunstick is not bad though

@@TamunoAbbey yes but admittedly, i don't use the sunstick as my first base of SPF and i dont apply 4 layers of sunstick on top of make up. Only 1 or 2 times. And when i'm going to be out in the sun all day like out on a beach or something, i don't use foundation makeup, only a light BB cream on top of the sun stick

I think that sun sticks are a great investment and are hygienic when reapplying on the go so that you are not touching your face with your bare hands as you would with liquid sunscreen!

after exhaustively searching on TikTok for this comparison, here in KZbin I finally found it 😌. Great video, great review 👏. I hope more people find this video, as I've seen many have the same question, which of the two (Tocobo or BOJ) is better? I bought the Tocobo one when the BOJ sunstick wasn't available at the moment, and oh my i wish I've waited a little bit more. I've tried both, and the Beauty of Joseon leaves a much more matte finish, and also it lasts matte longer than Tocobo. Both are awesome but if you're looking for a real matte finish, Beauty of Joseon is definitely the one for you.

@@TamunoAbbey I’m currently using beauty of joseon sunscreen and for reapply I use the isntree sunscreen stick and both these that works well for my dry combination sweaty skin but wanted to change. I gifted the beauty of joseon sunscreen stick to my boyfriend who has extremely oily skin and he loved it. But Tocobo really caught my attention that’s why I needed a comparison video among these 2 to decide which one to get for myself. Definitely getting the beauty of joseon sunstick.

Sunsticks are just not for me.....the makeup on the sticks is triggering. There seemed to be white cast after applying the sticks but it went away with blending.
