This video got me thinking, specially the pet part, sometimes, my closest one hurts me, but as you said, your loved ones, if they are really your loved ones, they don't mean to, we shouldn't leave the irritation of the moment say things like we hate them. If you compare the price with other tube lipbalms, it's not that expensive for the amount you get. And they last for SO LONG! I got one january and I still got at least two to three months worth of product left There are brands that make very similar products though! She can definitely find a cheaper lip mask if she wants to try one without commiting to the 30-something dollars price tag

Ok but am I the only one who doesn’t like it? It makes my lips way crustier and drier! Same with their lip glowy balms. I’m better of with nothing in my lips! Good thing I own 6 lip products from them!😅🙃 (1 original/berry, 1 pink lemonade swirl, 1 cherry blossom, 1 original/berry glowy balm, 1 gummy bear glowy balm, and 1 lip balm in the pot that’s slightly shimmery and has the applicator built into the lid)
