This was so nostalgic ❤Growing up I had no idea how many of our Barbie play sets and accessories were vintage from the late 60s and 70s (because my mom saved her own childhood toys to give to us.) All the 80s and 90s Barbies give me such warm childhood vibes ❤

As someone who's been collecting Barbies since the 70's and owns not one but TWO 1978 Barbie Dream House seeing it in the expedition display made me🤗as well as the pool and the Townhouse! I have so many of the dolls you showed also❤ while not in the box still very much loved . I love your videos because they are often a blast from my childhood ❤

I wish Mattel would do a reproduction of the 1978 Dream House and the Pink Version I wanted as a child in the 80s. I would love it for my collection now as an adult.

@@barbiegirlmyaalexander3459 you can still get them, although truth be told finding a complete one is still pricey. I wish they would too, because I'm not really a fan of the new ones. I really think some of the Barbie accessories have lost their style. Maybe I'm unpopular in my opinion, but when we FINALLY have incredible diversity in dolls, why are they crapping out on style of the accessories and clothing and things. 💔

This expo confirms that 90s was the Queen era of eras for Barbie..from the logo to the doll houses to totally hair Barbie,to jewel hair Mermaid barbie to everything! Well for me anyway😅

@Aurora-qn2dx , not sure about "Queen Era", but the 90s Barbies definitely upped the gimmicks! Teen Talk Barbie, Bubble Angel Barbie and of course , Totally Hair Barbie come to mind, as well as Earring Magic Ken and several more I forget. The 1980s Barbies may not have sold as much, but some iconic ones would probably be Pretty In Pink, Western (Cowgirl), Day-To-Night and Astronaut Barbie. 🤓👍

I went to the exhibition yesterday (Thursday) as I have a few days off before I start on a job next week. I loved it! I thought it was really well put together. Having watched your video now, if I had known your Ken was in it, I would’ve made a special effort to look out for him. I intend to go again before the exhibition ends in February next year. I’ll look at him more closely then.

8:13 Here we are, the Top 2 *BEST* Barbie Dreamhouses of all history!!! That Magical Dream Mansion is my Holy Grail list, with luxurious rooms and party balcony.... And 90's Best Dreamhouse, the Victorian one as well! With Stained Glass window and pastel tone..... Just flawless.

You might already know this but there is a Barbie Flip phone out or coming out, it has cases, charms, stickers and a strap, even better one of the cases is Totally Hair Pattern themed. Wish they had events like that hear in Australia, I am so jealous right now.😭😭😭😭
