I graduated from high school in 1977, the same year that Tea Rose came out and it was my signature scent for about 4-5 years. I think I went through 3 or maybe 4 bottles. It's one of those perfumes that I have a lot of nostalgia for and memories attached to. I'm so glad you reviewed it here, because it reminds me that I really should have a bottle of it my collection. When Ombre Rose came out in 1981 it became my signature scent and Tea Rose, receded, but I did wear both for several years, although Ombre Rose was the only one I wore into the 90s. A few weeks ago I picked up two bottles of Ombre Rose- in the parfum extrait and EDT formulations and I'm loving wearing them both. I literally tear up when I first unboxed & smelled it for the first time after so many years. That rush of nostalgia is such an awesome experience. It's only right that I pick up a bottle of Tea Rose to see if it smells like I remember it.The bottle is identical to what I remember. Thank you again Kristin for reviewing it. I need to get my nose on Dusita Spendiris too. I don't own any Dusita perfumes and I want to start exploring the house starting with Speniris and Fleur De Lalita

Hi! Did you do the Springtime layering video? I'm interested in Demeter Earl Grey, I love the fragrance of the tea leaves so much, the taste as well. What do you mean by workhorse fragrances, especially in light of the fact that they're the least expensive? Please help me understand that. Thank you.
