I believe that Chanel # 5 is linked or associated with "Republicans". That is why the politically correct, left leaning crowd wants to put this fragrance down. Ha ha. I say, good for that, then there will be more Chanel # 5 for the people who know it is great fragrance.

When I think of Xerjoff masterpiece. It’s Alexandria II not Naxos or Monkey Special. Both are great. Alexandria II just hits perfectly.

I love the Tonka, The Blanc, Fleur de Cerisier and Vanille but I really didn't care for this one, the jasmine is really overpowering on me and really takes over, this is a common issue I seem to have with white florals becoming overpowering. The Fluer de Oranger was just horrible on me as well, it smelled like orange cleaning products and a musk perfume that had gone off. I am really liking these uncomplex fragrances they're accesable in my small town and not to expensive, I'm learning what does and doesn't work on me without spending an absolute fortune. I'm noticing white florals and citrus can go really "wrong" on my skin. I wish I'd known that before I blind bought Montblanc Signature I was so exited for the orange creamsicle in the garden vibe but the clemintine just became overpowering and it smells like a cheap dollar store orange scented cleaning product and an overpowering bar of floral scented soap on me. I'm glad to know this going forward. I'm a bit surprised that the Fleur de Cerisier and The Blanc worked on me given the notes, just goes to show it's important to test on your own skin, it's so hit or miss, I'm just noticing a bit of a pattern with perfumes that smell really bad on me tending to be white floral and citrus.

I just ordered it on a second hand site. I had to go cheaper because I just ordered No. 22 from a department store and recently bought a lot of decants of expensive perfumes that are the price of a middle cost perfume for a small amount.

Are u still on here? I'm trying to see all of your vids but it seems like the newest is about a year ago. Hope all is well. Edit: trying to find info on the older Lauren by Ralph Lauren. It was reformulated w ingredients that are ones the brand can use. It's kind of sad some fragrances we will never be able to smell again (at least in the original format unless u find them at a rummage sale or online for a pretty penny)
