Hey girl! I do that rub all the time! I get a small butterball turkey and I use that rub and put it in the crock pot, it’s one of our favorite dinners any time of the year ☺️

I have the same oven that you do a thermometer comes with it that plugs in the oven and talks to the oven. The oven will turn off at the perfect temperature. I like the idea of the one that you can use with your phone.

Ironically I watched your video where you mentioned people calling it stuffing vs dressing and I didn’t know there was a difference either. Then for thanksgiving my MIL made a turkey with the stuffing inside the turkey and I was so mind blown and caught off gaurd. My family has always made it separately so I had no idea that was even a thing. Needless to say, you weren’t alone in not knowing the difference

You should check out Indigo Nili's instant pot recipe for a whole chicken. I throw the potatoes in too. If you put water over the chicken a lot of the seasonings go to the bottom with the juices. I make a quick rue with it for gravy. After we eat we throw the bones back in the instant pot with water and make some stock for the freezer. All in one pot.
