Having meals prepared is such a game changer, especially right after you have a baby. Because I know for me the last thing I wanted to do was chop produce or get stuff ready the first couple of weeks after. I also had c sections, so it was mostly because I was in a lot of pain those first couple of weeks but they make things so much easier. I'm a single mom so I'm doing it all myself so being able to pull it out of the freezer and throwing it in the oven made things so much easier. For me I also made sure to buy things that were simple to cook or even just pop in the microwave. Newborns take a lot of your time. Love all these recipes, lasagna is one of my favorites to make as well as egg muffins.

I totally admire you and what a wonderful mom you are! You are ALWAYS makin sure you crew eats sooo good!!!!!! I don't know if you've ever used ground turkey for lasagna...but it's amazing. I love seeing new recipes and ideas using different ingredients. And the lactation foods are a major big deal because I'm breastfeeding our little boy he just turned 3 months and his appetite is definitely getting bigger so I'm definitely on the lookout for ideas to increase my supply! To make cookies, cakes and muffins more healthy use almond or avocado oil. Or an oil that is expeller pressed. I have to be on a Mediterranean diet and have learned a few things about different oils. Just a suggestion to make things healthier your family. My daughter is allergic to nuts and has no problem with almond oil. I use avocado oil to cook with instead of vegetable or canola oil. Try it and see if you like it. What a beautiful baby!!! You are the most beautiful family. Have a great holiday season!!
