While in theory this cutting board seems like a good option, I think it's more work. I find a nice large cutting board and a big bowl on the side for garbage is much more efficient and saves having to empty or clean constantly when cooking different items simultaneously.

I learned a trick with garlic. Pull cloves off and put into a jar. Put lid on and shake jar and all the skins come off! I do a bulb or two and store in fridge for easy access.

If I may recommend or suggest trying for the bacon I find it easier to put on baking pan with foil on 350 I bake until it looks done so usually 20 mins saves time and the hassles of frying it evenly

Garlic 🧄 I usually put a few in a glass jar cover it and shake it mostly up & down and that gets all the skin removed from the garlic 🧄 I save those in a glass jar in the fridge for future use

I love watching your meal prep videos and tried your sweet potato chilli with ground turkey tonight and it was a hit! I have a little suggestion for you though, have you ever tried saving your veggie scraps and making your own vegetable stock/broth? It’s such a good way to reuse the scraps and saves money and packaging so you don’t have to by broth. You can flavour it with herbs and spices too if you want to change things up! I have a great recipe and it’s super easy. Just thought I’d mention since you have transitioned to all natural and organic products, seems like a no brainer! 😘
