The latest on our work with the local beaver family on water leveling.

They put material after the damn because he can hear the trickling. The sound is their trigger. If the intakes are underwater, he can't hear it and won't try to dam it.

Really nice to see you working things out in a mutual way with your beaver cohabitants. Major contrast to the systematic trapping taking place on other homesteads to "deal with the problem." Is this the pond way down below the big barn an the larger property or ?
