Love to see the emotion and we got ur back! Ren just posted that his cavitation surgery went smoothly and he’s preparing to release the next single at the end of March! Good news!! Hallelujah! On another sadder note, I also have lost not my friend but my son. A little more than a year ago. He chose to depend on the state and went homeless by choice and there’s nothing you can do once they do that. He was found at a recycling center when the truck came in to dump its load. At least I have closure. This world gets tougher the deeper we go into corporate govt. Hang onto yourself and accept new connections. You will be alright. The light is here. It’s us! Ren’s gift is sharing himself so openly, to make you want to share yourself and find the same sense of healing it gives him-but also to think about what others might be going through that you can’t see, that would explain a lot of why they act the way they do. Phillips wife Susan here (we share the You tube account). It's been great watching you react to Ren's music. I have been listening to it for many years. Last year I was feeling lost in myself as I was dealing with some very difficult issues. I was thinking that I needed to go on an anti-depressant. I ended up listening to "How to be me" and it helped me reconnect with my inner strength. I think it was the acknowledgement that I had forgotten how to be myself which helped. I spent the next few weeks listening to a lot more of Ren and his band "The Big Push". The busking videos were especially good because I felt like I was part of the crowd on the streets enjoying the music. I didn't end up needing to use an anti-depressant.
