Voight was talking with the woman shot Jay told her that boy won't Center to jail if you keep quiet about everything that happened on the mistake that they may identifying her husband at the potential I'm not sure if it was a drug dealer or a murderer Boyd said that he would do everything to build a case against her and that's voight to go to handcuff my question to you is was she the one at the other end of that line

Eid is right: this was not the time for Hailey to say. She was glad she had gotten rid of the problems, and she meant how she felt when she thought she was losing him. She needs to see him like this to finally admit the same thing she loves. For us or phone / phone call, it was the enemy but for Hailey it was what made us realize that JAY is not that EMOTIONALLY and PSYCHOLOGICALLY well. It would be one more thing for him to deal with, and we know they are in love with each other. And now Hailey knows it too, but Jay is not aware of her. And I'm glad she didn't say it here, no matter how much 7x10 scenes warmed my UPSTEAD heart. Jay has to realize for himself that he loves. As she did. (With a push from Rojas, CLEAR.) - PS: I'M ACCOMPANYING YOUR CHANNEL, YOUR DEVELOPMENT IS AMAZING. CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE GREAT.

I think Jay liked Hailey not too long after she joined Intelligence, but Adam beat him to the punch. Not to mention Erin had just left, suddenly, & he didn’t know if it was permanent or not. Remember she had worked a case with the team previously. That’s how Voight saw her in action. She talked smack to them about “her” case. Voight saw that could handle herself & others.
