Easy hack for curtains that I love: thrift some pretty flat sheets, and just cut it down the middle and then fold over the top and sew. They're already hemmed. It's so easy.

Wow 🤩 great job Becca. Is always great to know how to do these DIY jobs and makeovers. Daniel must be so proud 😊 Also can save so much money too. Haven’t seen a white fridge since the 90’s. They are very expensive totally agree if things still work no need to replace. I cannot wait to have a house with a garden one day. Living in an apartment there is not much space and also having your own outdoor access too.

We got a used stainless steel fridge for $300 off Craigslist. Just changed the fliter and water line tubing for the ice maker part. Idk some ppl feel wierd about used stuff we don’t. Worth a shot tho

This was so inspiring! I teared up a little at the end 🥲 what a beautiful kitchen! I loved how you left the dawn dish soap out for your final shots. Ok I am a Carpenters daughter - so forgive lol - but I'd tear out that other baseboard and make it seamless so it's cohesive in the wrap around there although I don't know your budget on the wood. I have a ADHD brain and things that don't flow eat at my brain. Is anyone else like this lol? Great work and effort!~

Honestly you're better off with paint given stain can fade or get water damage over time and discolor where as pain is a easy fix every few years when it comes to plants. I put those stick on felted like slides you can get for ceramics at Menards to put on the bases of all my plant saucers to save me on scuffing on my window shelf. I bottom water the plants in a bowl then let them drain and pop them bakc on their saucers to just use cause on the wood in my kitchen.
