@whatchaknow100 There's no need to find racism in every little thing. Im black and I love Doris. ESPN didn't give her the job because she's white or because she's not black. She earned her stripes years before getting the ESPN job. If there are other black and entertaining female basketball analysts that have as much experience as Doris, I'm sure ESPN or someone else will give them a job.
