Funny how I can relate so several things while being in Belgium, such as everyone using Military Time, except my mom for some reason she just is a snowflake I guess, gets really annoying when they tell me it in PM/AM, and when I ask what they mean they say "Guess", and than I just go and take my or their phones and quickly check and leave, it's SO MUCH EASIER!

In everyday conversation it is usually sufficient using just the numbers to 12, without the am/pm nonsense. If I tell you that we'll meet at 3 o'clock, you can assume I mean 15:00 and not 3:00 😂, and if it could be confusing I can just add morning/evening, like 7 in the morning or in the evening. I really only use military time when I make appointments. I choose the most practical version for the occasion.
