Have you considered using a spray oil? I find it so much easier as you dontbuse half as much and also don't need to get your hands dirty covering everything 😊😊

Have you trialed going without oats as well? A lot of Coeliacs react to oat protein even if they state gf. Because oats protein Avenin is like gluten cousin. But the same but can act the same. In New Zealand here it is actually illegal to label anything gluten free if it contains oats. Hope this makes sense. Just wondering seen as you still have some tummy troubles..

Louise, you might want to check with an alergologist if you are alergic to poaceas (responsible for hay fever).

How long have you been on Lo fodmap? Has it made your digestion progression better? I’m starting at zero with healing bad sibo ibs. Also histamine intolerance. I hope to eat oats again one day 🙏🏼

All those meals look delicious and so simple! I noticed that you have very nice measuring cups and spoons. Where did you get them from? 😊

Can't remember where I bought them, but they're all by Mason Cash. Here's a link! www.silvermushroom.com/product/mason-cash-baker-lane-set-3-measuring-cups/?gclid=CjwKCAiAz-7UBRBAEiwAVrz-9eXcQKuhzkTXKlNyYE26t69g4zKApEz65p9wOjGacb05yStEiQm8uhoCNrEQAvD_BwE x

Not sure what corn flour is, but corn starch is also on the illegal list.

What is with the use of the word illegal? Creates so much fear around food 😭 ...maple syrup is considered low fodmap in about two tbsp I think
