Hi Andy.Could you consider each week doing a similar comparison of rates for main stream providers. Not everyone comfortable to use less well known providers.

yeah even if they are recommended, I am not comfortable giving my hard earned money to an unknown bank

I honestly do not have concerns or issues with these alternative providers, I just prefer to utilise main stream banks even though they seem to be approx 1% lower as a comparison and feel more confident trusting them with my monies. It would be interesting just to see a comparison each week as what they have to also offer.

Andy can you please explain the 7% Edge saver from Santander which i have 4K in it. what does the bonus mean and I removed my monthly interest as advised by santander adviser on the phone.. do i need to leave interest in or am i still getting the full benefit and what is that after 12 months with 4K invested from dat 1? thanks Gordon

I have an ulster easy access account, but it is telling me 2.5%? Whereas on the table is shows over 5%? What am i missing here

You need over 5k in the account. If you have this then the rate should change the week after you hit this amount.

Nsandi 6.2 one year fixed? What product is that one?

The NS&I 1 year fix at 6.2% was available from 22nd Sept to 6 Oct 2023, they removed it so it's not available now.
