If you have started, then finish it. Recruitment for a fresher for python as backend developer is slightly lower than the others. It doesn't mean there is no vacancy. If you have doubt, head on to naukri, in designation type python, in experience type select fresher and find out the vacancy for it. Similarly repeat for others too.

Bro go on with python and learn the django or flask framework. Nowadays companies have started to integrate AI stuff on their website, python is used to build AI models. So if you learn python it would be helpful.

C program is suitable for embedded system, OS, game creation. But getting job with c program after your degree is hard. With c programming you can clear campus interviews.
