Get ready to level up your bassline game with this tutorial from sound designer and producer Joe Ford. Using our new Evolution: Devastator Breakout and some plugins, Joe will show you how to create aggressive, Doom-style basslines that will cut through your mix and demand attention. From textured and visceral bass sounds to hellish braams and intimidating distorted leads, you'll learn how to achieve the modern, violent sound design found in today's video games and movies.
But that's not all - Evolution: Devastator Breakout is packed with thousands of other sounds, including fully playable instruments, dynamic tick-tock layers, thumping pulse sounds, staggering signature sounds, one-shots, gun handlings, artist stems, cinematic loops, and more. This library is the ultimate toolkit for keeping your productions ahead of the curve in contemporary film and video game composition.
Ready to take your sound design skills to the next level? Visit keep-forest.com/store/librari... to learn more about Evolution: Devastator Breakout and subscribe to our channel for more tips and tricks from Joe Ford and the experts at Keep Forest.

Awesome stuff! I knew most of the techniques but haven't seen them put together so well and inspiringly - a masterful sound design. Question: this "feedback" is a "fake feedback" through higher pitch sounds randomly coming in, right? Or am I missing something about Serum being able to create a "true" feedback?

Thanks for the effort put into this video. I've got some questions about the effects chain as I'm not able to follow and get nearly the same results. How are the plugins applied to the sounds? Are all sounds routed into channel one, which is then routed into two where trash is applied and so on?

Great libraries! I admit I’m a little confused as to the differences between Warzone, Deathmatch and Breakout, as they seem to be all very similar. What are the major differences between them?
@YungstarProd
@YungstarProd Жыл бұрын
I think of them as more “generations”. Devastator Breakout is probably the most “polished” one out of the 3. It’s WAY more sound design and way more combinations than the others. This one has the touch of Joe Ford, who’s a badass sound designer and a known famous member of the DnB community. Cheers!

The approach you choose ultimately depends on the specific slope you're aiming to achieve. You have two primary options at your disposal: adjusting the volume balance across channels, or creating a smooth filtering EQ curve on Group master channel
