I’m 30 years old and just starting to learn the actual game rather than just shooting around a little bit. Videos like this and the ones Jr NBA and other channels do are actually insanely valuable for learning the basics the right way the first time. Thanks so much for all this info!

sometimes I couldn't believe you gave this liquid gold drill for free, and I don't take it for granted, I saved a lot of your videos in case you delete it or want people pay to watch this kinda drill. Totally underrated basketball channel ever, I hope this channel getting the recognition they deserve, and DJ you are the best coach I ever met online, hope one day I can met you in person

Few take the time to explain the purpose which makes it harder for players to learn... well done.

i'm not sure the ball wrap move or the in-between the legs are necessary. Why can't they just practice the body jab-step and gather step, while just emphasizing what he was showing at 05:48
@richardkingz48292 ай бұрын
The ball wrap and in between is mimicking ball movement, you’re not always gonna get a good pass, it also helps with transition and control from a pass to a dribble
