For the sake of simplicity I recommended going with the 2H build for Frost. I know DW can be better in a lot of situations. At the end of the day play what you enjoy.

Coming from someone who has played DK since WotLK, you should be doing DW BoS in raid and 2h Obliteration in mythic+.

Fallen Crusader + Rune of Hysteria for DW Breath of Sindragosa, Fallen Crusader + Razorice for DW Obliteration with Shattering Blade and Fallen Crusader + Sophic Devotion for DW Obliteration without using Shattering Blade.

I can't get it right for the life of me! I painstakingly got my frost dk to level 69 and I refuse to play her again! Jumped on my warrior and I've been having way more fun with her instead.

@@nightwing5288 its not too bad imo. generate rp-spend rp. spend rime/km procs asap. use rime on lower target counts and glacial advance on higher target counts. the changes in the most recent patch made 2h obliteration feel a lot better with the stack 2 km procs

Ya sorry frost sucks. Too much effort required for too little return. 1 mistake during a PoF window tanks your whole encounters dps.

Luckily pillar is a pretty low CD so you have a lot of makeup opportunities. Much more forgiving than the BoS CD.
