@Lewis2468_ I don't know of anything specific, but how could there not be? User agreements only go so far. The entire earning structure has been decimated. Upland is selling discount property bundles, further eliminating any possibility of return on investment.i highly doubt that the people responsible for this farce of an enterprise have made sure to fully cover their asses legally. That said, regardless of any lawsuits, shilling the way this punk does as if this "game" is something it's not is insanely unethical. Upland is a scam, PERIOD.

Honestly I think the ecosystem is quite sustainable, and this kind of offers are willing to sell props that are unminted since long time. In any case you can find properties with higher discount in the market. Being said that if you invest in this kind of games you know what can happen with your investment. High risk.
