Yesssss❤ so super proud of you, I’m 52 had a knee replacement last year was told I could never do squats that I could have a jog again etc. I started training and this past April 20 of 2024 i did my first 😍 I will keep training. I will keep going in the dark places Spartan Race.

I love my trials and tribulations, I loved being down and broken. I stop and cry sometimes to give myself relief during the journey… it’s so sad. As a man, it’s hard but you can never break. Dont you fucking break. You’ll rest soon

Recovery in my life ! I go to dark places I got too😮 people don’t understand, they think I’m crazy. They always make fun of me telling me. Why are you doing this that I’m in my head damn right I’m in my head. I’m finding the dark places so I can conquer them and be better and be different and not living mediocrity so I’m sick and tired of people their excuses.

You coming here addressing the problem and asking for betterment shows your heart sir🔥You can do better than this by asking the right questions. Like you want to hold onto a job or you want to be good at it? If you want to hold onto one, you will always have this fear of losing it which ultimately leads to things what you fear of -MISTAKES. On the other side if you want to be good at your job, you always start with your mistakes by addressing them and looking for ways to cut the pattern. Once the pattern is broken,It creates hunger to thrive and you will end up finding more ways to be good at it. The person you become during this process will guide you to places you never dreamt of. I tried my best to help you with little I know coz I am in the same place as you are. Hope it helps you .stay strong and trust the process 💪🏼
