Look, I have a video too. Well, about this video: - Embrace being a "monster": Reject societal norms of being harmless and virtuous; unleash your competitive instinct and strive to win. - Reframe adversity: Instead of feeling like you have nothing going for you, see it as having nothing to lose by taking action, making you a more dangerous opponent. - Embrace misunderstanding: Being misunderstood signifies growth; push yourself to the point where people question and cannot comprehend your dedication and actions. - Constant improvement mindset: Success isn't about specific achievements but about continual growth and pushing boundaries, regardless of external circumstances. - Embrace discomfort: Actively seek discomfort to grow and differentiate yourself from the ordinary; push past limitations and embrace hard work and sacrific

After 20yrs of health bullshit and I'm only 34 on all meds then off them then back on them always doing everything for everyone because I don't want them to be where I am which is always under the ground. Always doing the best for everyone because it's my nature even when I had money, Gfs, and everything which many wanted along with gym and soccer to now having none of it and my body constantly dying on itself been in bed for 6yrs you think your personality would change but it doesn't. It's crazy too because now it's 3am and I'm up like this everyday barley sleeping when if I was training this much as I could but been told you cannot train you need to be careful and especially with psychologist and psychiatrist not wanting to see you so your all alone and your own mentor but it's a lonely road. I feel having it all and not having it all leads eventually to the same path which is a lonely one.

1:50 hits so hard nobody understands why I'm not happy with just losing 90lbs. They all act like "hey good job you did it, now you can go back to eating like normal". For what? To throw away all the progress that I've made so I can do it again when I'm older? That just doesn't make sense to me. Why would I not keep pushing? Why would you not want to see just how far you can REALLY go? I love that quote about nobody understanding you meaning that you're in the right spot. The average person wants things to be easy, but if you're not like that, you can make crazy changes.

Become one? Nah... Inside, I've been one, probably since I was born. I have been very kind and altruistic, but if you cross a line, you might find me or you in a one-of-us-dies or gets heavily crippled battle. Like hurt a little animal for fun or to stave off boredom, then I might be quite dangerous for you. Inside of me is a brutal, blood and gut thirsty grinning warrior who doesn't feel a shred of remorse during the moments where you cross a line like that. That why, I'd better move with a friend or brother who can really hold me down if I see something so rare and cruel, inhumane. I'd rather be held down than do something like that, but... it's instinct, it's very primal and.. yeah. Shoutout to my fellow monsters out there! You are not alone :) One day, I might become someone who helps a lot of people in important things in their lives, better than doctors and psychologists usually could imagine. That's the road I'm in now. I do want to really help people live better lives. But the monster in me does enjoy the gore and pain of myself and even my adversary... Peace, Mikko Mutmrli

Adversity introduces a person to himself. That’s when we get to really know ourselves. Touch a thistle timidly and it pricks you… grasp it boldly and its spines crumble. All problems become smaller if you don’t dodge them but confront them. “Nothing can resist the human will that will stake even its existence in its stated purpose.” - Benjamin Disraeli “Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth - that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves, too.” - Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe
