I once read a quote, from Sidartha Buddha if Im not mistaken, "Holding onto hatred is like grasping a hot coal with the intent to throw it upon another, only you get burned." I remember it because I thought how foolish, if the Hate is stong enough, then one would Gladly grab the coal, knowing it will melt to the bone. But also knowing the pain of the coal is nothing, insignificant compaired to the pain already endured. Three types, one monster. The monster within. There is the type that never cultivated it, that fears the consequences, he is weak. There's the second type, one without guidance, the monster untamed or controlled, no direction. He is a danger to himself and everyone around him. Lastly the third. We feed the monster within, every negative emotion, sadness, disappointment, rejection, disrespect, ect.. is not expressed or given into but turned in and pushed down to feed the monster. We came face to face with it, tamed it to our will, control it to have focus and direction. Sometimes it tries to break free showing it's self but we maintain control, pushing it back into its flimsy cage. This is the monster... If you let it out fully you will not remember anything, you will only see the carnage afterwards or you are dead.

I once had such a situation at school, more precisely in the 10th grade and I don't want to downplay it. What happened that day in classroom 10.01286 scared even me. I am known for my little patience, but this day has reawakened everything that has been done to me in the 12 years of bullying. I've told my bullies actions always get reactions, but they wouldn't listen. Well, I'm the best example of never judging a book by its cover. I'm not tall and I don't weigh much, but when I left this situation in classroom 10.01286... I was a different person. It was 4vs1 but they didn't know that I was trained in fighting. I don't mean in military warfare but in karate, judo and kung fu. You can guess the rest. It was over in a few seconds and I was still standing around me, no one was standing around.
