It is definitely less than the USA, similar to UK but I believe quality of life and lifestyle is the main advantage

I’m from the USA and the pay is about 70k lower than what I make in the USA as a pharmacist and the cost of living is just as high in Australia as it is here

Yes the salary is similar to the UK. Cost of living depends on where you live in Australia. Cities like Sydney are very expensive, similar to London and NYC
