S A Adams My snipping tool is suddenly only showing its top bar, no commands, no selection options. Just the top bar pops up on the screen with the name of the program, the icon and the 2 sizing buttons and the X for exit button. Can't make it larger with the middle button. This, in win 8.1. Can you help please? 😢

You can rename your snip after saving it already by right clicking the image where you saved it to and clicking the option “rename”. Otherwise, if you haven’t closed out of the image you would just save it again with the correct name

I apologize - snipping tool is just a image capturing software. It does not record video at all.
