this was an awesome coure in making a dashboad chadoo continue making more videos everday that was the best. Because everyday i advanced my self in watching all my tech videos and it takes me a hour an a half to watch all my tech videos. For those who need Explanation on Conditional Formatting Bar Size: In the table max value is 2280, so every cell in the selected range will be divided into 2280*2 = 4560 units, so databar in maximum number will be half, so value of 1140 will be 1/4 bar in a cell.

Was there ever a formula developed so that multiple representatives are highlighted in the last graph with the cities? The graph is great but I know from my past experience that if multiples are selected and not highlighted my internal clients will see this as a mistake more than an impressive graphic.

You can use the "harvester pivot" to see which reps are selected and apply conditional formatting rule to check against the range (using COUNTIFS()).

I think this option is available for certain versions of Office 365 at this time. See if you can join the office insider option (which will give you fast access to new features). Do it form File > Account area in Excel.

In the final table, When I am doing '=' and going to pivot table and selecting all RM, it returns me a value of 0 in all cells, stuck in the last part

Can you check what the cells are pointing to? If you selected the cells on Pivot and return to "dashboard" sheet before hitting enter key, then the reference changes to dashboard page sometimes.

What do you mean by "extracting"? You can save the sheet as a PDF (file > Save as) to export it. You can also upload the file to Sharepoint or Onedrive so others can see (and interact) with it in a browser.
