It’s not that hard to time the tornado - sunstrike Qas lvl 3: sunstrike before tornado hits Qas lvl 4: easiest to hit. Sunstrike when tornado hits Qas lvl 5: sunstrike at the peak of the tornado (hero kinda dips then rises )

if you can calculate on the spot when you throw a piece of trash while the wind is blowing you can just feel when to throw sunstrike, if i got DOUBLE FOUTAIN SUNSTRIKE once in 500 invoker games any1 can.

18:03 For simplicity's sake this is fine, but the correct way to do this includes a pre-casted alacrity and coldsnap before other spells [Precast alacrity -> blink -> snap hex blast meteor sunstrike -> refresh -> meteor sunstrike blast hex -> blink disengage]. The reason for this is that Invoker can right-click whilst casting spells, and you're able to sneak in an extra 1000 damage or so via physical damage.

Nice to see such vid. Random additional tips for viewers: tornado dispells e.g. rune buffs or Monke's jingu mastery buff. And maybe small note that sunstrike may be sometimes be used just for vision (obviously Rosh but e.g. deward or enabling targeted ability of teammate) (used it often as QW support for deward) Disappointed with the game you have chosen (for me looks like sups and 3 diff) and 'you wanna have void in your team' - most obvious combo and I would rather hear some more interesting picks for the title you have chosen (but I say that as a person who says to voids in pub games: 'I will not build aghs cause it is lame combo') Also you said nothing about shard I believe - when to buy and that is probably important.

As an invoker main, one tip I can give folks is to know when to go QW or QE and to be able to adapt on the fly.

I totally left the shard out on purpose and did not forget to put it in my hour long invoker video at all! I probably wouldn't buy shard very often until 30-35 min+ to help poke bkbs in fights but it is a nice quality of life thing mid game item timings are just too important

I think being comfortable with the early spells tornado/emp/cold snap helps a lot a lot of the spells are very situational later and you don't have to be miracle to win on invoker just meteor on people already stunned or def blast you can use as a disarm

I would like to ask for tips vs SF for first 3 levels (sf can all in with mangoes and it feels random for me whether I manage to win - also idk for sure if e.g. with 2 stacks of razes on me i have to give up last hits until those are gone) And for sniper - most common counter in my legend/ancient elo atm

need to kinda get some practice against sf you want to play really aggro on him lvl 1 to make him waste mana/razes before he gets lvl 2 in razes by the time you are lvl 4 you can spam emp vs sniper just aggro creeps to highground and try to have good last hit timing that hero is cancer

agnostic is in theory worse late game the ms from wex and the magic amp debuff are really really op lategame maybe your not taking advantage of the debuff as much especially with parasma

if they are stunned put it like right before their hero dont focus too much on it if you tunnel vision the perfect spell positioning your gonna lose rightclicks/time to cast more spells

44:23 this is just a crazy sloppy tp honestly. youre tping right in front of doom while hes manning up vs medusa, thinking hes 2v1. if you tp in the treeline 6 oclock to the tier1, you can come in behind him and get way more auto attacks in while you stays out of pos hitting medusa.
