Thanks for your video, but what about if you have the money to pay all your credit cards vs. investing in a business...?. Do you think is it better to pay all the credit card debts instead of investing the money in a company expecting to get extra income to pay the card later on...?!

Hi Mark. I’ve had a short conversation with 2 people from your offices. Different departments. Also I’ve been watching your videos and while everything makes a lot of good sense, and I’m very interested, it’s like jumping rope. Im watching and waiting for the right place and time to jump in. I have little. Im retirement age. I have credit card debt and working on the debt snowball. My only asset is my home. And an old paid-for car. I have an s corp and I’m working 6 days a week in order to gain control of debt. I would sell my house and be done with it all instantly but to rent or buy elsewhere is so expensive. Then I think I could rent somewhere and rent my house out but the same rent problem rears and prevents me from earning any money on renting my home out. I can’t afford to get an account with your company and work the trifecta until I get debt gone or close to it. Even when debt is gone I don’t know where to start????

Thanks for this! School and Grant qualifications were not in my favor for school and even though I worked my butt off every summer, i always came up short. Got 2 big scary credit cards that I wanna hack away at.

Thanks for doing an episode on debt, very motivating! I got a little carried away with borrowing the past year or so. I'm happy with my purchases although I wouldn't call them productive. Now is time to get lean and work it off. Productive debt is key!

Do you or someone you know....Know how to create and maintain (and explain) the 643b Spendthrift Trusts?

Hey there! I am wondering if you advise against Debt Consolidation? We have a couple credit cards at $15,000 total, but we also had some medical emergencies with close to $10,000 (maybe more still coming), and 2 vehicle loans at $17,000 total. Feeling a little overwhelmed....so curious on debt consolidation relief. Thanks!

Very helpful! The link to the spreadsheet doesn't seem to work. Could we, please, get access to it? Thanks!

Is an IRA trust better than an IRA LLc? Does one offer advantages over the other when investing in real estate and promissory notes? I’ve heard the trust is better because you avoid a lot of state reporting and registering when operating across state lines?
