The copy paste tool is perfect for filling large volumes of land quickly, like for example a cube area with a height range of 100 blocks. Using the brush with 100% intensity would take forever, because it applies changes by 1 block height or something per click.

The Pencil tool can also draw straight line (Shift+Click). You can also constrain the lines to 45 degree angles by holding Ctrl.

If you can import custom fonts I imagine the text could be used for crop circles, strange symbols, remnants of removed structures or roads

when my biggest issue when I used to play around with wp was using the mountain tool, but it looking super unrealistic in game... I feel silly now for never trying to just raise the land. Actually everything Thanks!!

When using the Populate layer, how can remove water and lava pools/blocks? I know how to do it in Dimension Properties but not with the layer

that is part of the populate setting, however in export I believe there is an option to disable that

Lerfing, how to edit an already existing world, everybody shows how to create a completely new world from scratch, but i already have a world and i just want to edit one part of it. I remember back in 2021 you could just choose level.dat, but now it's different.

I tried making a river but it didn't really work, I saw how it formed the river but some spots spilled water out. I'm guessing this means I just can't do it on uneven terrain, is this true?

it depends on your terrain, if you keep the rivers even with slopes (keep the rivers straight with the terrain instead of diagonal) it won't leak

I dont recommend using it, its best used in global operations and peppers textures outside of the range by a bit

I am having trouble exporting worlds. When I go into minecraft to export them and go into my files that I saved it just keeps taking me through a bunch of files that are empty. Anyone else have this problem? It’s driving me crazy and I can’t figure it out. Does anyone know the solution?

If you're using windows, in the directory when exporting set it to this: C:\Users\[Whatever your pc name]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves

Well they do, but they dont break the surface like in ur video

Caves don't naturally generate. When going to export, click surface, then caves, and check caverns chasms etc. and they will start appearing all over the map along with alot of other settings you can do
