A tech (tehcnique) with SP is using 2 M1s/LMB + Liver Shot and then dashing backwards to land Star Finger. This prevents people from barraging to cancel it, as Star Finger outranges stand barrages. Using star finger on getup isn't viable against good players, same as timeskipping into the air and doing it. Its a blockable move that doesn't have to be timed so you can block and dash away from them, so the SP cannot use any follow-up moves. Its an age old move that I block every single time while getting up from an SP player.

yeah i learned a lot of sp box users are wannabe pros who sweat but arent actually that good (some of them are pro though), the only strategy the worse ones have is throwing out a star finger at random... you could literally hold block right in front of them and they will still use star finger without even realizing youre standing still blocking because they are expecting to get an easy win with their super ultra mega pro stand(know this from experience)

IF YOU CAN SOMEHOW AFFORD THIS WITH THE NEW SKILL POINT REWORK: timestop now costs something like 2 points just to get and around 9 to max out. times are tough tryna afford stuff but sometimes ts is good to use at the very end of your rage id say, even if you dont upgrade it whatsoever you could probably still get a free combo start with it either way, even with ts, this dude is right dont just waste your rage its OP. wait until it is at least 3/4 depleted before using ts because i guarantee fighting normally with that rage buff is gonna get you like 2x-3x the damage youd gett from wasting the entire bar on a time-stop btw nice video as always i actually learned a bit, now onto my journey to become a sp box basement dweller degenerate in yba

Kc boxing isnt rlly good imo,kc spin is just better at any point except probably survivability (but if you can afford golden skin,survivability gets on nearly same level,but in tight amounts of time spin def ends up being even more effective)

also,there’s a tip for all timeskip stands. u can timeskip in air and do an attack. but at sp its predictable as most of sp’a are using star finger if they use timeskip in air.
