Hey when doing the one leg exercises do we need a bolt straight knee on the support leg ? or does it need a relaxed bend?

It depends on the person. We don't do just any type of fascia training. It's HYPERARCH fascia training that's my work.

Hi coach chong when doing elevated towel curls should you start with less than 60 percent of your bodyweight on the leg that is curling the towel?

Hello coach , you said you worked with your athletes on their core but you said we should not work on our core until we build the feet to glute and core connection . So after building that connection can I start working on the core ? Does it need any special type of exercises or are normal core exercises enough ? Also do we need any other exercises for the legs or is the hft enough ?

Sir by doing basic hft exercises can start to feel my glutes and improve athletism

U dont have to engage anything i think not even calfs or thighs it shoutbe holistic and happen just by doing hft
