I believe everything you said is true however theres not too many owners who will boss up and push their ego to the side to actually talk to great workers instead they'll lose them instead of working with them whic sucks for them because i will follow a great stylist wherever they go vs continuing to patronize a establishment that treats workers like they're replaceable and sometimes a great worker is not
