One of the biggest issues with sky lights like that are they get condensation and the humidity in the bathroom like that makes mold grow like it's on steroids, what I have done is hang plants near them, it looks nice and it helps to absorb any lingering moisture and it will really help in reducing or completely getting rid of mold issues like that. U could also find a sponge mop with a long handle my guess very long lol and if u notice glistening up there to indicate moisture you can soak it up so that mold doesnt grow.

They have sprays you can put on that section of wall to help prevent mold. Also point a fan up there to make sure it dries completely. That'll help!

Love the realness haha I kept thinking, that’s something I would say while cleaning or opening my bottle of wine for the evening 😂 one thing I think you should maybe get looked at, drinking wine and having pain or swelling in your lymph nodes 😣 I had that and it ended up being pretty serious. Not that everyone is the same, but just sounded oddly similar. Definitely worth a question for your doctor! ❤️
