Plab is easier to pass than amc Since Australia is a british colony you can do plab and 1 yr in the UK and moce to australia this is what alot of ppl do You dont need to go theu all that hassle

Considering that I'm not from one of the five countries qualified for the competent authority pathway so if I'm going threw it i need the plab then twe years of practice in uk

@@Amed-dl4dl youre exempt from AMC if youre gmc registered You can work in australia if you have 1 yr of work experience in UK( DOESNT HAVE TO BE TRAINING job could be nontraining job) PA are physician assistants they are not doctors but do a lot of the same things doctors do as in seeing patients under supervision of physicians

@@zexer_02 No, entire PLAB journey (exams, travel, registrations) costs about 2500USD, whilst entire AMC journey would take you to around 7000 USD.... talking about frugal and minimalist expenses here...

​@@Medicalman703Why US...'coz PLAB/Mrcp has some adv than US(pls correct me if I'm wrong): 1)can easily be cleared compared to Steps (which includes Electives, Research experience, passing interviews) 2)There is a certainty in UK journey If u do the exam properly but in US it req a lot of other factors ryt, but still u might not match. 3) If u go thru MRCP pathway u can become a cardiologist/nephrologist/........within 6 yrs after ur graduation which is quite same as US (2 yrs as JR in India, then give MRCP 4 yrs of training after which if u can clear FRCP, u'll become a specialist too? CONS: The salary of UK journey is less than US....but I hope it's more than the Indian counterparts. Your opinions abt pros and cons are very much welcome 😊 So why US
