Dear Doctor sahib, this is for your kind information that the H1b visa for doctors is not subject to cap it is rather uncapped. It is subject to cap for other occupations like IT professionals. H1B visa is subject to cap for the employees of the profit organizations only and not for the non-profit organizations. Since hospitals are non-profit organizations therefore the H1b visa they sponsor is uncapped.
