Nicole, I want to thank you for everything. Nicole is the reason why I have the house I do today, she taught me how to clean and build up my credit. She encouraged me and helped me not to take no for an answer. Nicole is truly Genuine and I appreciate her. I had 17 offers on my home and thanks to her being my realtor, They accepted our offer. Love you Nicole Ambrose you are Awesome. Chante

"If you give people the freedom of expression and to realize their ah ha moments, now we have a society that's cultivating success." She articulated that so well.

Nicole is such a sweet, genuine, loving individual and I am glad to have met her years ago at one of her home buying programs!! She is such an amazing person inside and out and genuinely wants to see us win not just at becoming a homeowner but all the way around at life. She pours so much out and I can only pray that God continues to manifest all her hearts desires. Love you Nicole! You are truly deserving of everything God blesses you with!! 🙌🏾🥳 Melissa ❤️

This is a beautiful talk! My issue with it is that not everyone can do whatever they want. It’s upsetting when people say you can do anything if you put your mind to it…tell that to the person who was born with no limbs! Tell the person who was born with no eyes that they can see… Also I’ve shown up and still failed so showing up and trying aren’t always enough. I do agree with some things she said but not all of it.

This was a real and genuine talk. I appreciate the story and strength this woman demonstrated to become who she is today. When you fight from a deficit and still rise above the bar projected for you. Your mind becomes the driving force for success; not connections, validation, hand ups, etc...

I have a learning disability with understanding Math I always struggled with Math when I was in middle school I went from being in a regular class to them switching me to special ed class I felt embarrassed lonely I had other people looking at me differently when I got switched. when I was in High school I didn’t like the class I was in i always would wished didn’t have learning disability I was just really embarrassed I had teacher that asked me what I wanted to become and I told her I would like to become a veterinarian and she told me in my face I won’t be able to because of the class I am in and I remember going home telling my mom what the teacher told me and mother didn’t like that then she told everyone we wouldn’t be able attend college because when your put in special Ed class you don’t graduate with regular diploma like everyone else

I have a learning disability but I have a gift that comes with it and I'm going to share it with you all it's something that most don't have which is patience that's why I'm going to try real estate as my financial income so is necessary for me to have a trustee to handle all my signings and the proper program for when I do taxes

I have them several bad experiences in my life to make a short story I like to help people who need it I'm not necessarily talking about the money to listen to them or help to move following several bad encounters I I lost several tens of thousands of dollars, my condo and my car you see that I haven't changed I still try to help the world but I am more let's say selective to be sure that it is not let's say profiteer I I always have and I always will be like that today I have only one friend for 20 years already but a real friend who really tells me what thinks of me good or bad it's not always easy before I criticized all his bad things but without knowing it he taught me to analyze point by point and often I realized that he was right so I try to change the bad points I assure you it's not always easy but I'm constantly working on it or l bb suggested I drop KZbin for him that's what I reckon it doesn't make sense so I won't talk to him about it anymore until I'm able to express myself well enough let's say it like that so he'll believe me it's not easy but I still working there

I don't know if you will receive my message but well as you already know I live in Quebec my first language is French so I will express myself in French because it is easy for me to use translators for anyone which language but I have decided and I choose to stay in French and that for any future communication I will take everything you have mentioned to me this evening as a challenge it will not be easy because I have only shown you one or two facet of me and I grant it to you it was not the most beautiful I have no idea to produce superb video but in the first place it is not the 1st importance for the moment so all my videos will be in French because expressing myself otherwise is impossible for me I speak or write very little in English I am only a base in this language that is why I often asked you for writings to translate them with my translator this was only for that and only that because I went to settle in another e country is an important question and that's why I often didn't answer because I didn't understand half of it but I can tell you that for me in my life I have 3 main rules: honesty, honesty and respect and I expect that the people I meet in real or virtual will also be Jacques Lafrance Monday February 6, 2023
