Another great video Dom! It’s so crazy that I started following you while I was trying to pass my test and now it’ll be time for me to recertify in 2 weeks! 😮 Time has truly flown! You’re such an invaluable part of our community and I’m SOOO grateful for all of the information you disseminate, it has helped me tremendously in my journey. 🥰 I’d like to add to the list. Personally, when I was trying to get my supervision hours, I had a TERRIBLE experience. I promised myself, that I would be the type of supervisor that I WISH I had. I think it’s imperative as BCBAs that we reach back and help those coming up in the field. That help could look like answering questions, being available, providing feedback, providing positive reinforcement, providing support, etc. I KNOW that I’ve done a good job because every RBT that has been under me tells me how much they love my style and love me. They say I am helpful, supportive and awesome. 😜😂It really brings me to tears because that’s all I ever wanted and I’m glad I get to make positive change in the life of others, not JUST my clients! 😊

If you already have your master's degree which program do you suggest to get the extra classes needed for the BCBA board?

Personally I attended the program at the Chicago School or professional psychology. They had everything I needed, they have an online program and they have a high passing rate upon graduation

@@domthebcbamom6679 The lack of explanation... Im starting tommorrow and I have 5 cases however no1 has explained to me if I can begin with the other cases although theres no RBT assigned. I know RBTs need us to implement... But BCBA can also ... I know this is a loaded response
