The complete disregard they have for collecting items, even in collectathon games where that's basically the only point, just signals they don't care. I get the point of the channel is basically just dudes on a couch BSing with each other while an unrelated game plays in the background, but it's still annoying to watch people intentionally ignore everything in the game then complain that it isn't fun or that nothing makes sense the whole time.

At 17:59 you can see one of the crabs is killed right as it was about to escape with the chest, and the next one grabs it while still inside it's spawn tube. The rest of the crabs continue to get stuck trying to grab that chest until it eventually falls through the floor.

On the Treasure in the Depths part, one of the chests was glitched because a crab walked backwards out of the tube at the top, so the chest despawned, but the game thinks that the chest is still there, so that’s why the game stopped spawning chests at 39

Interesting note on lyles pepsi story, the reason he ended up losing the case was because the advertisement offered pepsi points for 10 cents a piece which meant that he could afford enough points by buying them off of pepsi for 700,000 dollars however when he went to pepsi he tried to use the cheque to outright buy the harrier which pepsi refused which is when he took it to court, he ended up losing as pepsi hadn't actually formed a contract with him, he would have had a much stronger case if he had actually brought the pepsi products which came with points. but still likely wouldnt have won and the fighter in question was a CGI AV-8 harrier.

Jessie and James are canonically 25, it's just that the english dub messed it up having them say different things in different episodes, so that one can sometimes infer that they are 15-16 years old. They are taller than Brock who is canonically 15 (who is taller than Ash who is as all know 10). They do have driver licences (since they never got in trouble for driving trucks and such, i'm just assuming on this part) but are still shorter than most other adults...
