I've seen quite a few people that made a video on him, but your Hwei was undoubtedly the best I've seen so far. You are so good. Others make him look ok, sometimes even good. But you made him look so broken.

After the 30 games or so of Hwei I've played in ranked, the build you went this game is exactly what I do. Ability Haste feels really nice on him

Really? I'm still doing luden's shadowflame/zhonya rabadon. I feel like this ms from luden proc is almost necessary at this point. Also, with added haste, do you not feel REALLY oom? Edit. I mean when you dont get blue buff, blue buff almost feels like it should be built in on this champ, the ability to use other W spells is so nice too.

Hey Nemesis, small tip for you : If you R someone (in lane or in fight) that is mostly max hp you can wait a before the R explosion and do a QW, this way your QW will do more damage because the target will have less HP since it's scaling on % missing hp

I usually respect Nemesis' opinion on game balance, but he is 100% delusional about Hwei's balance state. That champion is insanely broken. People just haven't had time to get good on him yet.
