Hey sis, I agree as we age having a workout habit and eating healthy is so important. Letting go of old habits and practicing mindfulness to stay aware of your actions and make conscious choices to change them do require patience, self awareness, and a plan to gradually shift. I remember when I started cycling about 15 yrs ago. I stop because it was challenging. I made up every excuse and stopped. Going forward 5 years ago I said let me give it another try after observing the classes while I was working out at the gym. I started cycling again. The instructor was so awesome and welcoming, he made it so fun I became better at it. Hubby noticed me going consistently he brought me a Peloton 2 yrs ago and I’ve been hooked. You will definitely notice the benefits (duration, legs toning). I love your style and your spirit. Happy New Year to you. I enjoyed the vlog as usual.
