VALENTINES IN CAGAYAN - Philippines Life With My Girlfriend (Amazing Filipino Restaurant)

IT IS VALENTINES WEEKEND IN THE PHILIPPINES! And another excuse for us to go out and try new restaurants.
In this video we head out and take a little look at Cagayan de Oro from Amaya View. This massive resort is found on a hillside over looking the city. We just went for a quick photo and to check the place out... really we were hungry!! And decided to eat at a local Filipino restaurant called "Fat Chef".
WHAT AN AMAZING RESTAURANT!
Therine absolutely loved this place... and so did I!!
We will spend our valentines together here in Cagayan de Oro before Therine leaves.... but have a special idea!!

Kulas & Therine, yeah, go to Boracay, just check first their quarantine guidelines 1st as it is different from province to province, ( island to island), or city to city. You don't want to waste your quality together by staying in quarantine quarters. That would be awful! Enjoy your remaining time together. Who knows what the world is dishing us out next! Amaya Park is one of a kind - on top of a mountain, spherical, giant aquarium and awesome view of the surroundings below. And the foods at Fat Chef, so lami especially the lamb chops, my childhood favorite.

Therine, I am with ou on the lamb chops, I could eat that meal for breakfast lunch and dinner. The meal was beautifully presented, you will have to go back there and try something else.....ot have the same again, yummy sooooo jealous! The original name of that is called " torta de Cebu". If you go to Cebu City or the province, it is one of their delicacy cake. Taste better when you cook it in that size of that bigger muffin tin, than using a cake pan. I don't know why, but that seems to be the norm in the Philippines. Happy Valentines to you lovers!
