Even though I've never been through a motherhood period yet, I can feel what priyanka said like the anxiety while you sleep, and waking up with tears, fear to sleep,... these things actually triggers and affect your mental health. I've been through what you've said like when I tried to explain people, they would say things like pagal huna lagis and all that, its really hard for someone else to understand who haven't experienced such things.
