In developed countries the staff are highly trained and mould to alleviate the human factors, in aviation,specialised major surgeries, nursing,! This modelling human factors are being highly researched even now. Nepal has to start looking at human factors simultaneously developing accurate system, backup plan and a lot of training and simulation. Nepal should start simulation as a part of study and assessment.

निजी क्षेत्रले बनाएका विद्युत् आयोजनाको तुलनामा नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरणले निर्माण गरेका आयोजनाहरूको लागत दोब्बरभन्दा बढी हुने गरेको छ । निजी क्षेत्रले निर्माण गरेका आयोजनाको औसत लागत प्रतिमेगावाट "१६ करोड २२ लाख" छ । तर प्राधिकरणले बनाएका आयोजनाको औसत प्रतिमेगावाट खर्च "३६ करोड ४६ लाख" रहेको छ। प्राधिकरणको आयोजना अपर त्रिशूली हाइड्रोको प्रतिमेगावाट लागत २८ करोड ५ लाख, कुलेखानी तेस्रोको ३२ करोड ३५ लाख र चमेलियाको ४९ करोड लागत परेको छ । त्यसकारण सरकारले आयोजना नबनाऊ, सबै निजी कम्पनी लाई बनाउन देऊ। सस्तो हुन्छ, राम्रो हुन्छ।huy
