The break-in begins getting that footbed just right. Try slathering a load of Bick4 all over the inside. It made break-in of all my AEs a lot quicker with that leather softened up a tad.

These boots have always been special to me. My father was a longshoreman for 35 years after he came back from Vietnam. The steel-toe Iron Ranger was his work boot of choice for his entire career…up to his retirement. You did an amazing job on these and brought back so many memories!
